The receptionist is very helpful in giving directions and providing useful information about the area. The rooms are clean and equipped with necessary amenities, such as toiletries and towels. the hotel offers free luggage storage after check-out.
The water in the shower sometimes turns ice cold for a brief period, which can be inconvenient.

The hotel impressed me with its cleanliness, from the lobby to the rooms. All the facilities were in good working condition and I didn't have to ask for anything as everything was provided. The breakfast provided was enjoyable and a great start to the day. The staff, particularly Ahmed and Arya, provided excellent customer service, explaining all the facilities and offering helpful suggestions.
Nothing not to love.
